Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, please see individual items.

Postal Delays

Once items have dispatched from my shop, I am no longer responsible for the time it takes for you to receive your order. Orders received later than expected, or not delivered due to postal service issues will not be refunded or exchanged.   

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

    

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for standard design items. Contact me within 14 days of delivery, and kindly dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery. I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Custom or Personalized Items

These items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.​

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
